Multi Trade Operative

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will

possess a broad range of technical skills and the ability to perform various maintenance and repair tasks,

working independently and in a team ensuring high-quality workmanship.

The Multi Trade Operative role will be to carry out reactive and planned maintenance nationally of the country

for clients who are situated within the care and retail industry, experience in this fast paced sector would be

advantageous but not essential, the applicant must be able to use and have experience using current

technology, a phone will be provided with training on the software and internal procedures

Multi Trade Operative Duties

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various building fabrics.
• Carry out multi trade works, repairs and ensuring a high end finish
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Multi Trade Operative Skills

• multi trade, plumbing, joinery, painting and small patch plastering. Be able to fit kitchens and
• bathrooms.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Capability to maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Experience in supervising others is a plus.

Looking for -

• At least 3 years experiences working in named trade
• Full UK Driving license (maximum 6 points)
• Multi skilled operative
• Ability to be flexible in relation to, hours of work, with some evenings and weekend working when
• required. Also availability to work away from home for periods of time.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Quick response to breakdown and repair
• Ability to present themselves in front of a variety of clients
• Right first time attitude

A DBS check will be required.

Job Type: Full-time, pay dependant on experience, company vehicle provided.
